Find a Team
Our member clubs exist coast-to-coast to grow and influence the game of soccer within the LGBTQ+ community. No matter where in North America you are, we will work to network you with a club in your area, or teams to whom you can join for a travel tournament.
Start a Team
We welcome, and encourage the launch of new clubs. While many markets in North America have clubs, many more remain to be served. We need local persons to help create a foundation for persons to join. Each club is unique in how starts, runs and it’s output, but what is consistent is the dedication to growing the game.

LGBT Soccer has been active for over 30 years
The first organized soccer club in the U.S. was the New York Ramblers, founded in 1980. The Ramblers provided a safe space for gay men, who enjoyed the sport, to meet and socialize outside of the traditional settings of bars and clubs. Many clubs around the U.S. and globally have followed suite. In an effort to support the growth of the game, the IGLFA was founded in 1992 and has had over 80 clubs globally flow in and out of their organization. In 2017, NAGSA was founded to support the existence and growth of queer soccer in the United States, and extended to North America in 2018. Our goal is to fill a void between the local and international level to bring long standing value, tradition and opportunity to queer soccer players nationwide.
